Strengthening Client Relationships Through Direct Engagement
Every trip abroad is a valuable opportunity for the company to seek growth and pursue new opportunities. This time, our trip to East Africa had a clear purpose: to review this year’s business performance with clients and explore plans for cooperation through 2025. In Tanzania, we worked tirelessly, visiting nearly 40 existing clients in the market. During face-to-face meetings, we engaged in open and in-depth discussions, laying a solid foundation for future collaboration. This trip resulted in securing orders worth millions and acquiring four new clients – a fruitful outcome. I believe that in front of clients, our in-depth understanding of our products and the industry, along with providing solutions and addressing their concerns, allows them to truly feel our professionalism and reliability. This is how we earn their trust. In other words, expertise is persuasive and the key to unlocking the door to cooperation. As the market evolves, our relationship with clients is also a two-way street requiring a continuous process of deepening mutual understanding.
Facing Market Challenges with Resilience and Strategy
Currently, the market environment is challenging and highly competitive, with increasing numbers of competitors entering and intensifying the competition. However, MH has its unique advantages, including the brand awareness we’ve built from entering the market early and our leading product quality. Although some orders have been impacted by aggressive tactics from competitors, we have been able to analyze and communicate our strengths in sales and payments during discussions with clients. Thanks to years of established relationships, clients still hold us in high regard, and we remain confident in facing changes and challenges.
Empowering Local Teams to Drive Success
Earlier, we introduced the SOP for overseas liaison points, and during this trip, we also conducted training for local employees. Seeing new employees eager to absorb knowledge was deeply gratifying. With everyone working together, we can solidify and refine our business even further. I hope that with the collaboration between our domestic and international teams, we can overcome difficulties and achieve even more outstanding results.
