Y-Fold Binding Elastic

Made of polyester and spandex yarn.

It is folded in the shape of the letter "Y".

It is commonly used in sewing and crafting projects to finish edges and create stretchy bindings on garments, accessories, and other fabric items.

The Y shape allows for easy application and a clean, professional-looking finish.

This Y fold elastic is very similar to Foldover elastic, except it is prefolded and sealed leaving an opening down one edge to 'slot' your fabric into.

It is frequently used for bra bands and the waistbands of leggings and yoga pants.
