MH needle punch nonwoven car roof lining felt is a 100% polyester automotive headliner material, 140cm wide at 220gsm, produced by mechanically entangling staple polyester fibers into a cohesive nonwoven web.

The felt is formed without weaving, so the barbed-needle process locks the fibers into a soft yet dimensionally stable sheet that resists heat and most chemicals
