MH air-laid nonwoven interlining is a fusible embroidery-backing fabric made from 100% viscose in a 100cm width.
The fabric is produced by the air-laid process, in which loosened viscose fibres are dispersed uniformly in an airstream and laid onto a metal mesh for bonding, so no water is used in forming the web.
This gives the interlining an even, stable structure that supports embroidery cleanly. A fusible coating lets the fabric bond to a garment panel under heat and pressure, holding shape without stiffening the hand.
The white viscose interlining suits embroidery backing and garment interlining for collars, cuffs, and similar panels, and MH can supply it to a buyer's width and roll requirements.
Key Selling Points
- OEKO-TEX certified viscose: MH nonwoven interlining is made from 100% viscose produced under OEKO-TEX certification, giving garment makers a verified safe backing.
- Even air-laid structure: The air-laid web disperses fibres uniformly, so the interlining gives embroidery a stable, consistent backing.
- Easy fusible bonding: The fusible coating bonds to fabric panels under heat and pressure, speeding interlining application in production.
- Soft breathable hand: Viscose keeps the interlining soft and breathable, so it reinforces panels without a stiff feel.
