The 50mm un-napped loop tape, also called non-brushed loop tape or warp-knitted loop, is the soft loop side of a hook-and-loop fastening system made without the traditional brushing or napping process. Instead of raising fibers, it is formed by warp knitting or weaving for a flat, low-profile, durable surface.

This construction gives the loop tape a smooth, uniform face of interlaced fine loop yarns with a loop height lower than standard napped loop. The result feels soft yet strong and resists fuzzing or pilling through high-cycle hook-and-loop closures.
