Production Process

First of all, for raw material selection, high-quality long-staple cotton or other high-quality fibers are usually selected. These fibers are carefully carded and impurity-removed to ensure the quality of yarn.
Next is the spinning link. Advanced spinning technology is used to spin the fibers into high-count yarn. High-count yarn makes satin fabric more delicate and smooth.
Then there is the weaving process. Through a specific loom, it is woven with satin weave. The satin weave gives matte satin a unique luster and soft feel. During the weaving process, the warp and weft density and tension are strictly controlled to ensure the flatness and stability of the fabric.
After that, there are dyeing and finishing links. Environmentally friendly dyes are used for dyeing. Through precise dyeing processes, the color is evenly and firmly attached to the fabric. The finishing process includes preshrinking, softening treatment, etc. The preshrinking treatment can reduce the shrinkage rate of the fabric after washing. The softening treatment makes matte satin more skin-friendly and comfortable, while enhancing its matte effect.
