Benchmarks for Intelligent Production
To implement the decisions and arrangements of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on "promoting the intelligent development of the manufacturing industry," and to deeply advance the "Intelligent Empowerment to Thousands of Enterprises" initiative, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hunan Province recently announced the recognition of 14 benchmark enterprises in intelligent manufacturing and 60 benchmark workshops in intelligent manufacturing. Among them, the polyester yarn dyeing intelligent workshop of Hunan MH Garment Accessories Co., Ltd. was approved as a benchmark workshop in intelligent manufacturing in Hunan Province.

Based on the evaluation criteria for benchmark workshops, MH selected 10 intelligent scenarios that showcase digital design of processes, precise quality traceability, intelligent scheduling in workshops, human-machine collaborative manufacturing, intelligent warehousing, precise distribution, online operation monitoring, real-time monitoring and emergency handling of safety risks, energy consumption data monitoring, and environmental pollution monitoring and control. Videos were made to comprehensively display the intelligent manufacturing level of Hunan MH in related technical fields.
