Last month, I made my way back to the Balkans, after first joining the Balkans Textile Expo in February. The culture and people of the Balkans made a profound impression on me.

During a 40-day trip, I visited Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Albania, meeting with more than 20 big and small clients. This time, there were not only old clients who have had a very pleasant cooperation with us but also potential new clients who got to know us through exhibitions or other channels. Among them, 3 clients showed an intention to cooperate and even provided draft orders. 

After engaging with clients, I've found that the people from the Balkans are exceptionally hospitable and kind to visitors, embodying a culture of warmth and welcome. Despite the shared heritage and traditions among many Balkan countries, there's a subtle yet distinct cultural variation across different nations. Unfortunately, my brief stays didn't allow for a deep dive into the local ambiance, leaving me yearning for a more immersive experience.

I am looking forward to my next Balkans tour!
